A Flock of Birds 🦢 🐦 🦅 (No, they were NOT seagulls!) 😂

Okay, so this is a story about birds, so if that frightens you, please don’t read anymore.

We were out on a hike and we were making our way up a hill and then we heard this amazing and somewhat scary sound.  It sounded like a WOOSH and it was LOUD.  We looked up and there  they were, all 400-500 of these black birds.  It was a sight to behold.  They were all together and in unison it the sky above the trees.  The trees are very tall and if you did not move your head up you would have missed them.

It was a lesson in looking at the whole picture and finding joy and excitement in everyday experiences.  I was totally focused on their progress and nothing else was on my mind.  They gave us some sprinkles to put on top of our beautiful walk in nature.
