Hello, everyone, and welcome to Monday, March 18th. I hope you had a safe and exciting weekend/St. Patrick’s Day.
We went on a hike in the woods and the weather was perfect. It was cool, but that helped us to stay agile.
We had hiking poles which definitely helped me with my sometimes shaky balance. The trail wasn’t paved, but that was just fine. We have been walking on paved trails and that has helped to build up and improve our endurance.
This fun activity was a great way to get some fresh air and more oxygen into our brains. Our adult brains need around 20% of our body’s total oxygen.
