So, here we are and welcome to the party! I am going to make a list today of things I need to do and their order of importance.
On the tope of my list is scheduling doctor appointments and ordering medications. I call this self-care. Taking care of yourself is very important so you can have the energy and stamina to “make it happen.”
Water, exercise and eating are on the top of my list for a positive start to the day. Water is where it’s at. I have a water bottle and I take it (almost) everywhere with me. If I’m tired, anxious, or crabby, I take a big swig of water.
