Wow! Hello, everyone, and congratulations on making it to the beginning of a new month!
For me, it is another chance to try again, start over. I try to exercise daily, and I typically do it right away in the morning when I get up (after some coffee, of course). I write a “gratitude list” while I am sipping on my coffee and reading a daily Bible passage.
My brain and my body definitely benefit from a semi-consistane routine. I am sure this is true for many individuals. I’d love to know what tools work (and don’t work) for YOU.
Sometimes our plans don’t work out, and that was my situation today. I was sneezing up a storm this morning and my brain started “lighting up” in various places. Yeah, it was like a storm in my head. This happens to me every now and then, and I have learned to embrace it. I see it as my short-term memory giving my long-term memory a very loud high-five.
