Hello, and welcome to a terrific Tuesday!  I tried to do some push-ups with my exercises today, and it was pretty pathetic.  No one saw me, I was alone, so that was to my advantage.

     I am trying (half-heartedly) to get back into my regular routine after returning from Europe.  I will not tell you exactly HOW long we’ve been home, but you might be able to figure it out by looking at the dates on the pictures I have posted on our support group page.  I started by doing my workouts today, but later in the evening.  I typically do them in the morning, after some coffee, of course, and then I am more motivated throughout the day.

     So, I am thinking that setting up a schedule, a daily routine, is specifically what will help me be able to complete more of my goals.

     There are plenty of variables, and it will be a lot harder than it seems.  Or maybe not.  It works for people who have jobs, who volunteer, who raise their children, so why not me?

     What methods do you use to plan your month?  Your week?  Your day?  Please let me know what methods work out the best for you and I will give them a try!
