Hello everyone, and I want to welcome you to a FABULUOUS FRIDAY and congratulate you all for making it through the week!  Do any of you have any fun plans for the weekend?  Please let me know!


     I was going to say that I wanted to “live vicariously” though you, and I had to look up how to spell “vicariously.”  I came across this an article on “NerdFitness” and, after reading it, I changed my mind.  I will do my best to get the like/website to you.


  1.   Step one:  Do you really REALLY REALLY want to do this?  Okay, then let’s get started!

  2. Step two:  Do I have the time to do this?  Let’s say you want to run a marathon.  Can you make the time to take the necessary measures to prepare for this?  Are you in good shape?  How far can you run?

  3. Step three:  Can I afford it?  If you have to travel to another country, is your passport up-to-date?   How much is a plane ticket going to cost?  What about insurance?  You will have to eat, so don’t forget to include that in your plans.

  4. Step four:  Break this goal down into smaller pieces!  If you have a year to plan for this marathon you’ve entered, how many miles will you run each day?  Each week?  Each month?

  5. Step five:  Okay!  Now get ready to put in the research, time, and effort.

  6. Step six:  HAVE FUN!
