The weather is changing and school is back in session. I know that the weather plays a role in some of the mental and physical symptoms and issues we face, but what can we do? What do YOU do? I am very curious to find out how everyone deals with the weather.
Music helps me deal with the depression we sometimes feel with the changes in weather and climate. What types/kinds of music do YOU listen to during this fall season? Why?
