Hello everyone, and welcome to a new month AND a Friday! I hope that all of you had a wonderful and productive week.
We just got back from our road trip to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to visit old friends, explore the city of brotherly love, and to see “Radiohead!” That’s right! We saw them live and in person! What a show! I will try to include some pictures and the set list, but I don’t what to infringe on any privacy/copyright laws.
“Radiohead” and their music were my saving grace, hope, and healing during my time in the hospital. My parents played their songs for me while I was in a medically-induced coma for about a month, and I know it kept me alive.
So now I know almost all of their songs, and I can tell you which songs come next on just about every CD, for whatever that’s worth! Their music and songs have aided my short-term memory and recall and have given me my own sense of peace and calm. Well, about the “calm” part, if you’ve ever heard anything by “Radiohead,” you might disagree, but you get my drift!
It was great to have a chance to explore Philadelphia and catch up with my friends. There is a lot of history in Philadelphia, and I think everyone should try to pay this beautiful city a visit.
God bless you all and have a WONDERFUL WEEKEND!
