Hello, everyone, and welcome to today, Monday, April 2nd, 2018. I hope all of you had a beautiful and peaceful Easter holiday weekend and were able to spend time with friends and family.
We spent this sacred time with people we love and care about, which made the experience even more memorable and meaningful.
We attended a Church service and breakfast was provided for everyone who attended, free of charge. The service was strong, powerful, and exceptionally emotional.
I just went with the flow and didn’t do any cooking. I didn’t do any driving, either. It was very low-key for me, and very special and meaningful, but today I am whipped out! Before my TBI, I would have been quite concerned and troubled with my lack of energy. But today, I am just accepting it. I did a few things, but nothing that major. Tomorrow is another day, and maybe I will have more energy and stamina tomorrow. I will not allow myself to feel “bad” or “sad” or “sorry for myself” for not getting EVERYTHING done today. We can all give that a try today, what do you think? Great!
