Your GRATITUDE is showing!
I have stared a “GRATITUDE JOURNAL.” I started at thae beginning of this year, 2018, and I write 10 things in it each morning. There are a lot of similar themes for every day, but they all deserve repeating. It is my own free therapy session, and it is quite healing. It also serves as a memory guide. I need to utilize all of the resources I have inside of me, and this helps me do just that.
