Hello, and happy Monday (it’s almost Tuesday while I’m writing this, fyi!)! Today, I did an intense 45 minute workout. It involved unnatural and different moves that one would seldom use in real life. It was intense, but I did finish it. I brought more air into my lungs and brain, and made new brain connections by working different parts of my body. It made me feel SO MUCH BETTER when I was finished, and that was able to carry me though the day. Please let me know what you do to help you through the day, okay? Okay!
